Federal CARES Act including Section 18006 signed into Law
The bill provides $30.75 Billion for an “Education Stabilization Fund” for states, school districts and institutions of higher education for costs related to coronavirus.

“REAL ID” Driver Licenses and Non-Driver IDs
Effective July 2019, the NJ MVC will begin the issuance of REAL ID driver licenses and non-driver IDs.
Calabrese, Chiaravalloti & Tully Bill: Encouraging Reporting of School Bus Driver Misconduct; Becomes Law
Legislation requiring school buses to have a display of identifying information in order for the public to easily report potential bus driver misconduct. The legislation was recently signed into law.
